Yin-yang Silk Twining in the Traditional Yang 108
Taijiquan is best known by the traditional Yang-style Taijiquan '108' Long Form that almost everyone can recognize. But, what is going on inside? In this four-day event we will explore the mysterious 'Silk Twining Training' (Yin-Yang Chansigong 陰陽纏絲功) which aids in the development of internal connection, continuity and power. We will directly apply the chansigong training to the Traditional Yang Style 108.
Times: 10.00-17.30 daily (13.00-15.00 break)
