Yang-style Taijiquan 108 Long-fist Form: Part two

The traditional Yang-style 108 movement solo bare-hand taiji routine is what started the modern taijiquan revolution. It is famous around the world and its variations are practiced endlessly. In this intensive four-day event we will learn the first half of the Yang 108 form in detail.

The Masich Internal Arts Method approach to the traditional Yang-style Taijiquan curriculum is based on Sam Masich's training with such masters as Raymond Chung (a student of Yang Shouzhong 楊守中), Brien Gallagher (Raymond Chung's Research Assistant), Dr. Yang Jwing Ming  (楊俊敏), and Yang family members Yang Zhenduo (楊振鐸) and Yang Jun (楊軍). Masich is an acknowledged master of the full curriculum of Yang-style Taijiquan and an acknowledged eighth-duan black belt by the International Wushu Sanshou Dao Association who have also designated him as one of the top 100 extraordinary Chinese Martial Arts practitioners in the world today.
