Applying Core Principles to the Traditional Yang 108
Taijiquan is best known by the traditional Yang-style Taijiquan '108' Long Form that almost everyone can recognize. But, what is going on inside? In this four-day event we will explore various 'Core-Principles' concepts including '37 Essential Forms, 'Core-Principles Levels I & II,' 'Silk Twining Training,' and more. With a focus on internal connection, continuity, power and application we will look at Traditional Yang Style 108 from multiple perspectives—helping you to make your taijiquan truly yours!
Times: 10.00-17.30 daily (13.00-15.00 break)
