Introduction to Yin-Yang Silk Twining

Explore the mysterious 'Silk Twining Training' (Yin-Yang Chansigong 陰陽纏絲功) which aids in the development of internal connection, continuity and power. While chansigong practices are mainly associated with Chen-style Taijiquan, they are also 'Master Keys' for unlocking the secrets of Yang and other styles of taijiquan. Sam is sharing this work for the first time publicly in Germany.

Erforsche das geheimnisvolle "Seidenfaden-Training" (Yin-Yang Chansigong 陰陽纏絲功), das bei der Entwicklung von innerer Verbindung, Kontinuität und Kraft hilft. Während Chansigong-Praktiken hauptsächlich mit dem Chen-Stil Taijiquan in Verbindung gebracht werden, sind sie auch "Master Keys", um die Geheimnisse des Yang-Stils und anderer Taijiquan-Stile zu entschlüsseln. Sam zeigt uns diese Arbeit zum ersten Mal öffentlich in Deutschland.
